Design

Design is Copyright of Business Services so cannot be given to or used by the customer.

Please don’t ask the design given to use for website, Facebook or any other advertising.

It is signatory responsibility to provide high resolution images and to check the Artwork and spelling. After that we will not accept responsibility for anything. Please note, we are not liable for the final colour appearance or RGB and CMYK colour, but we will do our best to match colours as they appear.

Payments

50% payments will be taken at the time of order and 50% at the confirmation of the proof. Extra charges will be made after your free 2 amendments and changes in the design. Cancellation fee (25% of the order) will be deducted after a design created (50% if you have signed the proof for your order.)

We have the right to recover the payments which may be delayed or any other charges due.

Quote offers not guaranteed after 15 days of the date and time offered.

Delivery

We normally deliver for free in UK mainland postcode and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for any miss-delivery.

Normally, delivery time will be Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm

We may ask you for delivery charges if you fail to receive your package at the time e.g. by not being there.
